Silos provide an effective primary dust separation solution with low maintenance requirements and are suitable for most industrial applications. However, in specific industries such as paper and cardboard manufacturing, silos can be replaced by rotational separators to maintain low pressure loss and ensure that material separation does not create additional system overpressure.
Our standard rotary valves (also known as star valves) are designed for discharging dust and other bulk materials from filtration systems and silos, with discharge capacities ranging from 10 to 83 m³/h, ensuring a stable and safe material flow. The units are equipped with a visual rotation indicator and include a protective guard for rotating parts, ensuring safe operation and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
In addition to our standard rotary valve range, we also offer ATEX-certified rotary valves for potentially explosive atmospheres, higher-capacity discharge models, and cast iron versions, providing flexible solutions to meet a wide range of industrial application needs.
